We kindly ask for a review of our services on our google profile, especially so if you’re satisfied with our work. We will also ask for your feedback, to know your expectations from a cleaning service, including price expectations, and an evaluation of the work we did: i.e. what did we do well, and what could we improve? For customers of this unique deal, we expect the review and feedback to be completed within 7-(calendar) days of the service being completed.
Please be aware that you may be asked to sign a binding contract prior to receiving the service. This is to ensure both parties understand the terms and conditions.
In the event that the customer fails to provide the review or the feedback within 7-calendar days, they will be charged at full price for the service provided. Therefore, the customer should expect that Lubby’s Professional Cleaners will ask for their contact details: i.e. name, phone number, email address, and address of place cleaning service was provided.
